edrizzi^® underfloor systems

The edrizzi^® system is frequently installed in large industrial plants in the underfloor area, where it can be mounted horizontally, vertically, or in a combination of both. The system is already in widespread use in the automotive and automotive supply industries. edrizzi^® technicians take care of air measurement and planning for retrofits. The conversion is usually completed in a single weekend.

For new installations, we recommend installing the paint mist arrestor in the area under the gratings. This allows access to the edrizzi^® cubes independently of the painting area and without removing the gratings.

Liebherr Nenzing

In Liebherr Nenzing's large-scale Heimer painting facility for solvent-based paints, 192 edrizzi^® vario medium and edrizzi^® vario rough units with an absorption capacity of up to 100 kg/m² are installed. The service life of the system is 12 to 16 weeks, depending on whether it is operated in 2 or 3 shifts.
