Filter made of corrugated cardboard and filter fleece
The cube-in-cube filter was specially developed for applications with quick-drying or dusty overspray. It impresses with a minimal initial pressure difference and is therefore particularly energy-efficient. It consists of a sturdy corrugated cardboard box with 0.85 m² of bonded naffi® filter fleece, reinforced by an outer cardboard box for the necessary stability. It is supplied flat and unassembled - this simplifies handling and optimises logistics.
The naffi® filter medium used was specially developed for industrial painting in the edrizzi® system and is made from 100% recycled polyester. As it is completely free of glass fibres, it can be handled without face masks, safety goggles or protective clothing. This latest edrizzi® system component can also be easily integrated into the edrizzi® modular system as usual.
