Paint mist separator made of corrugated cardboard
The Vario boxes are the central component of the sophisticated, modular edrizzi® dry separation system. They unfold their full potential in combination with the matching edrizzi® secondary filters and the original edrizzi® slide-in elements as a supporting structure. The paint mist separators are made of 100% corrugated cardboard. In order to optimize logistics and storage space, they are supplied flat and disassembled. Assembly is quick and intuitive.
edrizzi® distinguishes between three types of paint mist separators. The edrizzi® Vario medium type is the solution for the majority of all surface materials and has been tried and tested and successfully used in all industries since 2003. The edrizzi® Vario fine type was developed for those rare cases where a higher degree of separation is required than with the medium type. The edrizzi® Vario rough type covers those applications where surface materials with a tendency to foam up are used.
The Vario 300 fine, medium and rough types are made of fire-retardant corrugated cardboard of building material class B1 in accordance with DIN 4102 and therefore fulfil the highest requirements for preventive fire protection. The Vario 300 medium hydro type is wet-strength and ideal for applications with high humidity or particularly aqueous overspray.
