The edrizzi® partition wall

Standing partition walls with the edrizzi® system are used in the automotive industry as well as in small-part painting and the furniture and window industries – regardless of whether the surface material is applied by hand or by robot. The depth of the paint mist arrestor and the type of secondary filters are selected based on the available space within the system. This often depends on whether the installation is a new system or a retrofit. New installations typically allow for systems with greater depth, providing a larger air calming zone. In such setups, the secondary filters can be changed from the rear or the side, independently of the paint mist arrestor. In retrofit projects, however, the separation wall is usually installed directly into the former water wall, where less space is available to technicians and system planners. In these cases, the edrizzi® system can accommodate secondary filter types with reduced depth that can be replaced from the front.

Application examples

The edrizzi® distribution partner Seliba installed a spacious paint shop with the edrizzi® system as a partition wall and a horizontal underfloor extraction system.

The edrizzi® system was installed as a partition wall in a large paint shop for construction machinery.

The edrizzi® system is also the ideal solution for separating large quantities of overspray when painting small parts.

At Liebherr Hausgeräte Lienz, the edrizzi® system with Vario Medium 500 color mist arrestors and NFE03 secondary filtration has increased the service life of the paint booth sixfold.
