At the Airbus Military Spain site, an existing paint shop with wet washout robots was converted to the edrizzi® dry separation system in 2014. The conversion was carried out by our project partner Seliba and has since proven itself in intensive multi-shift operation. The new system impresses with its long service life, simple maintenance, and a significant reduction in operating costs – while maintaining consistently high separation performance.

- Stable service life: edrizzi® filters can be replaced every 4 months, secondary filters (Paintstop green, 70 mm) every 4 weeks.
- High paint processing: 240kg/day at 50% overspray and 45% solids content – ideally designed for the system.
